Flight Information:
After April 1, if there is more than an hour change in your flights, or if you miss a flight connection, you should email CMDEtravel@gmail.com to let our transportation provider know. Since we are providing transportation to and from the Kos Airport, we must have this information.
Tour Options:
There are plans to offer up to three daily tours for the participants on Saturday, April 27 and Sunday, April 28. The link to the tour registration is at the bottom of this page. You will be able to pre-pay for your excursions using that link by credit card. If you choose to make the reservation in person at the resort, you must pay cash. The travel professionals are set up in the Conference Center Lobby. Please chose your tours by Wednesday, April 24.
*The cost per child/teen will be discounted, however the tour operator does not have that information yet. We will update this page as soon as we receive this information.
#1. Visit and explore the country of Turkey and the historic city of Bodrum: €45,00 p.p. or $50.00. (both days)
8am pick up from the hotel and sail round trip to Bodrum (each trip is about 40 minutes) and return around 18:30.. Notice that Turkey is one hour behind in time zone.
Once you have passed through passport control and customs, enjoy a full day to explore this incredible ancient city on your own.
The price includes bus transportation to and from the hotel, ferry cost round trip to Turkey along with taxes (European and US passports do not need visa).
#2. Panorama Excursion of KOS €50,00 p.p or $55 USD : (both days)
Approximate time of departure 8:30 to 9:30am and return around 18:00
Daily excursion for visiting the highlights of the island of Kos including:

- traditional villages time will be given for lunch in traditional tavernas
- a visit will be done in traditional local residence

Transportation from your hotel, tour guide services and site’s fees are included. No lunch is included and tips for your driver.
#3. Experience and Explore the Volcano island of Nisiros : €40,00 p.p. or $45,00 USD
Starting around 8:30 am and returning around 17:30
Get the full Greek experience by visiting the wonderful island of Nisiro.
- 1-hour cruise to far from KOS and then enter a volcano where you can feel rumbling lava at your feet.
- Possible visit the historic Panagia Spillani monastery

All transportation and boat tickets are included along with entrance fee to Volcano… (no lunch is included)
The tour provider will be set up in the resort for you to sign up for these tours when you check in. As a reminder, if you leave the resort on the weekend, you will still be charged the full rate of food and lodging.
To prepay for any tour, please use this link. The previous trips to Patmos and Ephesus were not able to be coordinated. If you have already paid for these trips, you should be receiving an email from the tour operator.
